GOVERNING BODY The State Governing body consists of the following:
Members of Governing body, life members or Elected Members as per Registration, bylaws of Karnataka Societies Act.

UNIT
KEMA has its District branches in the state of Karnataka and its local units are being opened in around 236 major talukas
UNITS CONSTITUTION
10 or more primary/life members may constitute themselves as the general body of the unit under the recognition of the State Executive Committee for their residence, practice or its neighbors or members.In remote places or in small villages where sufficient number of electro-homeopathic practitioners are not available, the State Executive Board. As a special case, unit formation with not less than 10 primary members has been approved on the recommendation of the district branches.
DISTRICT UNIT
All the units are attached to the State Governing Body in case of concerned branches or any district branch. Executive Committee of the Unit not exceeding 7 members; It must necessarily consist of at least 1 life member, if available, on the roll of the unit or attached and present at the meeting. The State Governing body (GB) elects district officers: President,Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, or other officers as may be required. A District branch is formed when 5 or more units are formed in a district and duly recognized by the state board After the formation of a new branch, two non-life members of the district are elected from the district unit.

The members of the State Governing Council of each prescribed zone are selected from the respective zones at the zone level selection meeting.
